Selfridges Fashion Show

 Selfridges Fashion Show
This morning I took part in the Selfridges fashion show wearing a Preen blouse and skirt, and Rupert Sanderson heels. I love the bright, bold colours of the floral print. The hot  colours clash yet work so well against each other; especially adjacent to the fuchsia pink cut away heels and cobalt blue hand-bag. My make-up was done by MAC, they gave me a fresh face, beautiful purple/pink eyes with pink lipstick. It went perfectly with my outfit. It was a complete shock at first seeing myself all made up as I never wear an excessive amount of make-up, and believe it or not, I've never worn foundation. I feel it's way to heavy on my face and clogs up my skin, but I'm glad I tried it out.
What do you think of the Preen outfit?

Life is a maze- Love is a riddle

A couple new pieces in todays outfit. These python faux leather shorts are from Zara at only £29.99. I've been after a pair of tan shorts for a while so it was definitely a great purchase! I bought these tan suede shoe boots yesterday from Aldo £85. You really can't go wrong with tan as the tone goes with everything, so it's worth having plenty of this colour stocked up in your wardrobe! Since working down Oxford Street I'm surrounded by shops, I think I've come away every week with a new pair of heels :/ I'm wearing my H&M coat again as it's so light and suitable to wear in this weather. I'm enjoying the sunshine so much in London at the moment but there's still a slight chill to the air so this jacket does the job.

Have a good week everyone!

Rupert Sanderson Sample Sale

These are my new Rupert Sanderson shoes which I got at the sample sale last Thursday! Whilst juggling six boxes of shoes, these were the ones that really stood out to me! I did sit and think do I really need another pair of black heels but then again.. You can never have too many! One thing I love about Rupert Sanderson heels is the shape of the heel. The simplicity of the open toe suede heel design makes them a classic shoe to wear with absolutely anything. And with the additional special detail of the two leather strips, my happy feet will be dancing in the street!

Do you know where the wild things go

Red Cords & Bag-Rugby Ralph Lauren/ Shirt- H&M/ Blazer- Miss Selfridge/ Gillet- Primark/ Heels- Zara/
I absolutely love today's colour palette. I can't get enough of beige and camel this season which worked especially well against my Ralph Lauren deep red cords. Any day, any where, you can never beat the simplicity of wearing a white shirt, trousers and blazer. I switched it up by layering with a faux fur gillet, purely because it's still very cold outside. I love this blazer with its faux leather accents on the sleeves and collar, little details to spice up your classic everyday jacket. My bag from Rugby Ralph Lauren (where I previously worked) is very special made up from various silk ties into a patchwork bag. It's a great keepsake as Rugby closed down early February. You can't get more "Rugby" style than this designed bag.

Have a good week! :)

HELLO EVERYONE! I can't explain how excited I am to writing this post. I apologise for my absence, I've been super duper busy with a fashion internship, working at London Fashion Week (which may I add was just "Wow") and starting a new job. All very new and exciting. I've missed blogging so much and with this dreadful weather I've been putting it off for so long.
So it's April and yes.. It's still snowing here in London, so not much has changed on that note since my last post. But the days are getting a little brighter and the nights are getting longer so it has to mean summer is coming.. It has do!

Today I'm wearing my lovely new woven coat from H&M. I'm in love with the panelling and added cuffs on this light jacket giving it a subtle twist to this classic style. Along with my blue embossed trousers and my fluffy turtle neck I've decided to have a play around with different textures and patterns. My new heels from Zara mirror the electric blue in the trousers simply polishing the overall look.

I hope you enjoy this post- Thank you all so much for sticking around and giving me all your amazing support. I'm back for good!
